This document is and will probably remain, incomplete. I am using it to document some local AI setup items for 2026, as a reminder so I can see how this shifts over time.

Claude Code

I use Claude (mostly with Opus 5.5) for literally everything at work. Every folder that I work in, now gets initialised in Claude Code using the CLI - and this includes non-code projects.

Skills

Skills are stored in OneDrive and syncced across machines. My folder in OneDrive is <OneDrive>\ai\claude-skills. When I set up a new machine, I1 do the following:

  • navigate to the .claude folder on the machine, e.g. C:\Users\matt\.claude
  • delete the existing skills folder
  • create a symlink:
     New-Item -ItemType SymbolicLink -Path "C:\Users\matt\.claude\skills" -Target "C:\Users\matt\OneDrive\ai\claude-skills"

You can then create your skills in your OneDrive folder. Remember, each skill must:

  • have it’s own folder e.g. my-scan-emails
  • have a SKILL.md in the that folder

Once that is set up, you can then call your skills from within the CLI, e.g/ /my-scan-emails

AntiGravity

I use AntiGravity as my second in command. While Claude Code is my go-to, I will use Anti-Gravity to do code reviews, plan reviews, or generally just scan outcomes looking for bugs or logic flaws.
